Usage fee

  • ​​There is no charge for booking a tour.

Usage rules

  • Please check the available dates on the website and make a reservation at a time that is convenient for you. For continuous use, please make separate reservations.
  • If there is space on the day, it is possible to extend the use without reservation.
  • ​You can make a reservation 24 hours in advance.
  • Please be sure to contact us 24 hours in advance if there is a schedule change or cancellation.

Notes

  • Lost items in each live room will be disposed of at the discretion of the live center after being stored for a certain period of time.
  • If solicitation acts such as new religions, multi-level marketing, etc. are discovered, we will immediately take measures such as cancellation of membership or withdrawal.
  • ​In addition, inappropriate behavior, behavior that disrupts the order of the live room, and behavior may result in disciplinary action, such as cancellation of membership or withdrawal, at the discretion of LiveLives.

Cancellation

  • If you do not sell for more than 30 days, it will be automatically canceled. You will no longer be able to use the system. Please be sure to contact us at live@luxuness.com to reopen.

Usage rules

  • Please register the product in the listing system before mailing it to the live center. (It takes about 30 seconds to register one point.)
  • Listing shipments, listing cancellations, live sales reports, and shipping notifications are all sent by email.

About shipping

  • Basically, the shipping fee will be borne by the seller.
  • I will send it by cash on delivery when I return it.
  • ​Prepayment setting is possible when shipping to a third party. If you use prepayment, we will bill the exhibitor on the 10th of the following month, closing on the 30th of the current month.
